About us

The Local Innovation Network, together with Ashoka, Co-Lab and Via Educación created AYNI | Communities of System Innovation, an initiative that gathers public officials, social entrepreneurs and citizens from Latin America and invites them to co-design life-changing public policies from a systemic perspective.

Based on an approach that promotes collaborative work, diversity and the participation of all voices to address and respond to local challenges, AYNI has two core pillars:

Ayni in quechua
culture refers to the
concept of mutualism
and reciprocy,
to cooperation
among members of a
community.
